Since the presidential elections I have been telling people that Biden is not really an ally of cannabis. In fact, one could argue that he is partly responsible for the mass incarceration of minorities due to his 1994 crime bills which specifically empowered states to enact policies such as the “three strikes you’re out” laws and so forth.
