Transdermal preparations get absorbed into the body and as such when taken it’s possible to experience euphoria if sufficient levels of THC are present. Regardless of the level of THC in cannabis topicals, it is impossible to get high from using it because they are not designed to get into systemic circulation so regardless of the quantity used no euphoric feeling will be experienced.
