Consider the amount of stress you feel when you’re stuck – when things simply isn’t working out. This increased-level of stress, activates a 1st-circuit Fight/Flight response which literally makes it more difficult to make rational decisions. In a way – the more stress you feel makes it more difficult to break out of the cycle. Thus – one of the best things you could do to get “unstuck” is to completely (temporarily) let go of the situation. You need to distract your conscious mind from the problem and allow your creative subconscious to work on it.
