The Rosin Bar That Defined This Year’s Competition

The Natural Gas Papaya Solventless Rosin Bar by RAWsin secured first place in California’s solventless vape category. The product was developed through a collaboration between Natural Gas and RAW founder Josh Kesselman, and its win reflects the growing presence of solventless vape formats within the MJBowl’s competitive field.

The collaboration marked one of the most notable MVP results of the year, standing out among a strong lineup of state finalists. Its category win adds to the broader momentum behind solventless hardware and resin-focused innovation in the California market.

What Comes Next

These MVPs now move into the final stretch toward MJBizCon, where the MJBowl Trophy for Best in Category will be awarded live on December 4 in Las Vegas. If this year’s judging is any indication, expect big debates, loud crowds and strong opinions over who takes home the top prize.

Until then, the Papaya Rosin Bar and the rest of the MVP class represent the best of American cannabis in 2025.
