New Mexico’s Health Department may soon be investigated for corrupt practices and favoritism after coming under fire for manipulating the licensing system some days before it was stripped of its cannabis regulatory powers. The last-minute licensing has cast doubt over the entire operations of the department throughout the years it was in charge.
