New Mexico Cannabis License Corruption – The Feds May Look Into the New Mexico’s Health Department

New Mexico’s Health Department may soon be investigated for corrupt practices and favoritism after coming under fire for manipulating the licensing system some days before it was stripped of its cannabis regulatory powers. The last-minute licensing has cast doubt over the entire operations of the department throughout the years it was in charge. Some have claimed that this may not be a stand-alone occurrence, insisting that what brought it to light was that the authority of the program was being changed.
