Switzerland Removes Its Marijuana Ban, Proceeds with the Cannabis Legalization Framework

The Switzerland agency responsible for public health and welfare maintains that marijuana will no longer be banned. They insist on a more detailed framework that includes an ‘Integrated” recreational and medical framework with the country’s capital, Zurich, kick-starting the process. There are different issues to consider regarding regulating the marijuana industry at a national level which is a task that two nations have achieved: Canada and Uruguay. Switzerland is taking it all in with a country-wide trial.
