What are the Benefits of Smoking Marijuana before an Intense Workout?

For some who engage in the use of marijuana before a workout, they claim it helps them get better focus and coordination on the things they need to achieve with the workout which could lead to an effective workout. Others claim that it helps improve their frame of mind even when they are getting fatigued which enables them to put in some extra push with their last few sets. Another major factor that encourages a lot of people to use marijuana before a workout is the fact that some of the health benefits it has could help them in achieving an overall healthy lifestyle if paired with regular workouts. This allows them to smoke joints before directly going into workouts to optimize the benefits.
