Will the Senate Actually Pass the SAFE Banking Act and If So, When Will They Do It?

The 2021 version that was adopted a few days ago passed by a vote of 321 to 101. Despite the senate-house being the death ground of the previous versions, there have been a lot of positive speculations that the bill will be approved by the Senate in a few weeks or months—Lesser amount Of opposition, and there is more support from senators that see the commonsense in the bill. The bill will secure the future of thousands of workers in the cannabis industry, as well as ensure small hemp businesses have access to capital or loans required to keep their businesses afloat and profitable.
