The Island of Prohibition – It’s looking to be another year of Wisconsin holding the title as an Island of prohibition. The States surrounding its borders approve the medical use of marijuana drugs. Minnesota is to the west of Wisconsin, where medicinal marijuana is allowed. In Iowa, which is to the southwest, CBD medical marijuana is allowed. To the North, South, and also east of Wisconsin are Illinois and Michigan, both states have legalized the medical and recreational use of marijuana.
